第1回「覇権国アメリカ」

今、世界における最大の覇権国家がアメリカであることは言うまでもない。その国が中東の1国に対してプレッシャーをかけている。アメリカがタリバンを攻撃し軍事政権を崩壊させたのは、一般市民を巻き込んだという汚点を除けば、ニューヨークのテロに対する報復戦争という名目がつく。しかし、今回のイラクに対する行動は多くの疑問が生ずる。確かに、湾岸戦争以前からフセインとアメリカは犬猿の仲であるが、あの戦争以降、イラクはアメリカに対して目立った挑発を行っていない。ブッシュが言うように、イラクが悪の枢軸である可能性はあるにせよ、喧嘩をしかけて相手を挑発すれば、アメリカとイラクの溝は増すばかりである。そうすれば、キリスト教対イスラム教の戦争が新たに勃発する恐れも出てくる。

覇権国の役割とは何であろうか？少なくともアメリカが考えていることは、全ての国家を従わせる、経済的・政治的、もしくは軍事的な面でも優位性を保つ、貿易・商業面で自国が有利になるような法案を作るといったことしか私には思い浮かばない。前に取り上げたことはすべて自国の利益のみを優先させる政策であり、これは独裁国家がやる政策と大差ない。さらに困ったことに、覇権国は正義の国家であるという思い込みがペンタゴンの上層部にまで充満している。人間平等の観点から言えば、イラク人の命とアメリカ人の命の価値は等しく、自明である。本当に問題を解決したいのなら、軍隊を派遣するのではなく、国連を通して粘り強く抗議を続けるべきである。軍事力を誇示するかのような行動が他国の逆鱗に触れていることにアメリカは早く気づいてほしい。覇権国の役割は、各地域や国家が悪事を起こさないよう監視することであり、気に入らない国を攻撃することではない。監視する立場なのだから、アメリカは世界の規範となるような行動を取らなければならない。地球の究極の目標は世界平和である。アメリカはこの最終命題を実現するために、まずは冷静になって舵取りを進めるべきである。

第２回「平和憲法を掲げる日本がすべきこと」

 

　日本はバブル崩壊以降、経済不況のしがらみから抜け出せないままでいる。国債は格下げの一途をたどり、製造業は工場を賃金の安い海外へ移転を続けており、産業の空洞化が心配されている。世界から見放されつつある日本が誇るものといえば何であろうか？それは、平和憲法である。イージス艦が中東に派遣されたばかりであるが、日本は改めて戦争の回避と平和への努力に全力を注ぐべきである。

　２００１年９月１１日のテロでは日本人のビジネスマンや飛行機の乗客も被害に遭った。だが、親族を亡くした日本人は、あの悲劇をイラク攻撃の口実にするなと抗議している。さらにヨーロッパでは、アメリカ独走の危うさを訴える声が日本以上に高まっている。事実、テロ以降のアメリカの政治家たちの発言は、戦争以外ありえないといったようなヒステリックなものになっていると強く感じる。日本人を含め多くの人々はこれ以上戦争で人が死ぬのを望んでいないと私は断言する。アメリカは国内外の批判に耳を傾けるべきである。戦争は突然起こるものではない。ゆえに回避は可能なのである。

　日本政府はこれまで貫いてきた中立性を維持しなければならない。明治時代の日本開国以降、わが国は常にアメリカに頭を下げ続けてきた。同盟国である日本は、これ以上アメリカの言いなりにならなくてもよいだろう。彼らの経済・政治・戦争を絡めた圧力に対抗できるような強い政府を作る必要がある。

　日本は地理上はアジアに属している。しかし現状は、アメリカの第51州と化しているのではないだろうか。事実、ASEAN諸国は経済統合の相手として、日本ではなく中国を選んでいる。これまでのアジア諸国との協力に関する「実績」を見てのことである。だが、今からでも状況を変えることはできる。まずは、アジアの一員として求められる基本的な行動を、一つ一つ積み上げていくことだ。そうすれば信頼関係も生まれ、日本がアジアを重視していることもわかってもらえるだろう。

　また、日米同盟の枠組みを超えた日本外交もありうるということを、国内外に示さなければならない。これには、政府トップが率先して行動を起こすことが求められる。日米同盟を大事にするにしても、相手国がまちがっていると思うなら、はっきりとそう指摘すべきなのだ。

　これは最初の一歩にすぎない。日本は過去半世紀を、対米依存という甘いわなの中で過ごしてきた。その後遺症は一夜で治せるものではない。

　日本は、新たな選択肢を提言できるだけの経済力と歴史をもつ数少ない国である。少なくとも私はそう信じたい。

第3回「グローバリズムの誤解」

 

最近「グローバリズム」という単語が書かれた雑誌や新聞記事をよく目にする。世界全体や地球全体を指す意味の形容詞であるが、よく考えると「グローバリズム」は辞書どおりの意味になっていない。厳密に言うと、西欧化もしくはアメリカ化という意味で用いられており、民主主義や自由貿易が国家に利益をもたらすという考え方と要約できる。日本は戦後の民主主義化と共に発展を遂げ、世界の経済大国の一つとして君臨している。日本は西欧化の恩恵を受けたといっても過言ではない。

だが、西欧文明が必ずしも全ての国に利益を与えたわけではない。自国の通貨システムを放棄してドル為替の変動相場に移行したために経済が大打撃を受けた国や、占領国から単一作物栽培を命じられ搾取された結果、旧来の農業ができなくなった植民地、アメリカとソ連の覇権争いに巻き込まれ国家を分断された国など、発展途上国は大きな被害を被っている。これには、ドル基軸の世界通貨政策や冷戦、植民地時代の名残など様々な原因が考えられるが、最も重大な誤りは欧米諸国が先進国の経済システムをそのまま発展途上国にも適用した点、自分たちの政策を持ち込むことによってその国を支配下に置こうとした点である。

アメリカを憎む国や民族は多いに違いないだろう。さらに、アメリカ政権の中枢部や有力企業の経営者の中にユダヤ人がいることがその憎しみに拍車をかけている。彼らはアメリカを始めとする欧米社会が自分たちの生活を苦しめる諸悪の根源だと思っているのだ。さらに、歴史的な時間の偶然で世界の覇権国となったアメリカが「我々は世界のリーダーである」といった態度を取るため、長い歴史と伝統を誇るイスラム社会からも常に非難を浴びる立場となってしまった。

真のグローバリズムを実現するためにアメリカが今後改めなければならない点はいくつかある。まず、自国の利益を優先することよりも弱小国の立場も考えた行動をとること。次に、アメリカは世界警察ではないのだから、他国の問題に関して安易に首を突っ込まないこと。そして軍事力と経済力を盾に相手国を挑発しないこと。アメリカの強気な態度が反米感情を煽っている事に気づくべきである。地球全体の平和は経済の発展と民族の連携が同時に達成されることによって成立するのである。超大国アメリカは紳士的な対応を求められている。

 

第4回「北朝鮮〜近くて遠い国」

 

　今回のエッセイは授業と視点を変えて北朝鮮問題について自分の意見を述べることにする。先日新たに、拉致された可能性のある日本人がいるとの報道があった。もし事実であるならば北朝鮮は謝罪しなければならないが、国交が回復されておらず情報量も少ないので真偽は分からない。

　北朝鮮はイラクとの共通点がいくつかある。アメリカから「悪の枢軸」として名指しで批判されていること、人民の頂点に立つ偉大な指導者がいて独裁政治を行っていること、核ミサイルや生物兵器などの武器を製造している疑いがあることなどである。違う点は、イラクがイスラム教国家であり他のイスラム民族ともつながりがあるのに対し、北朝鮮は独自の思想体系を持っており外部との接触が少ないことである。北朝鮮は地理的に近いため、万が一ミサイルが発射されるとなると日本は直接被害を受ける。そのため、報道が伝える情報も日々増加している。

　拉致に関して直接関与しているのは韓国と日本であるが、核施設疑惑に関してアメリカが介入するようになってから事態は悪化している。アメリカが武力による制裁もありうるとの見解を示したために北朝鮮は核拡散防止条約から脱退し施設の稼動を再開した。太平洋戦争の前に国際連盟を脱退した日本と状況は似ているような気がする。飢餓に苦しんでおり、経済的にもゆとりがない北朝鮮をアメリカが追い詰めれば、人民の反乱が起きない限り、核ミサイルのボタンを押す可能性が高まる。自分たちの価値観以外を信じようとしないこの国に対して、日本はどのような対応を取るべきなのか。

　ます、日本の立場を明確にすることが先決である。つまり、「日本は北朝鮮を攻撃する意思はない。アメリカとはつながりが深いが、北朝鮮とは国交正常化に向けて平和的に取り組んでいきたい。」と述べることである。アジアに属しながらアメリカの影響を強く受けている日本は、アジア圏の国であるという立場を強調することで攻撃の標的から外れることになる。次に、経済再生に協力するという名目を掲げた上で、拉致被害者の帰国を求めることが重要である。拉致問題ばかりを取り上げると過去の虐殺事件に関する問題ばかりが大きくなる。外交問題は主観的でなく客観的な見方と冷静な対応が不可欠である。最後に、韓国や中国と連携して協力するという姿勢を見せることである。一国でも相手の立場を尊重する枠組みが存在することで、相手側の態度も軟化するのではないだろうか。

　日本の報道姿勢に対して言うべきことがある。報道とは中立な立場で事実を伝える機関である。かつて太平洋戦争で残虐な行為を行った日本が北朝鮮に対して「卑劣な国家である。」と報道するのは客観性に欠けている。被害者の感情ばかりを訴えて冷静さを失っているように私は思う。北朝鮮との戦争に対して国民はどう思っているのだろうか。答えはもちろん」「No」である。

 

第5回「戦争を知らない私たち」

 

　私は戦後の日本で産まれたことを心から感謝している。発展途上国のように食べ物や日々の生活に困ることなく、さらに高い水準の教育を受けることができるのも理由の一つであるが、最大の理由は戦争を体験していないことである。もしも私がイスラエルやパレスチナで産まれていたら死への恐怖と生存との戦いで、今のような幸福は一生得られなかったかもしれない。

　だが、この考え方はアメリカでは「愛国心のない人間」であり「臆病な人間」とみなされる。自分の国に一大事が起こったときは国に対して魂を捧げることが愛国心の現れだという。私は重大な事件に巻き込まれたことがないのでそのような思想を持ち合わせていないが、果たして、愛国心はこの世に存在するのであろうか。私は、政府に納める税金や選挙権、国家の斉唱などが忠誠心を目に見える形で表した愛国心の代替であると考え、自分自身が日々の生活に満足していることが人間にとって一番の幸せだと思う。組織は個人の集合によって成り立つのであり、組織が個人を支配するのではない。アメリカが唱える個人主義と愛国心の間には大きな矛盾が横たわっている。

　ところで、最近日本でも自殺志願者や猟奇殺人が増加している。著名な評論家の中には、「犯人は平和な日々に飽きて、刺激を求めたかったのだろう。」と述べる人もいるが、私はその考えを否定する。戦争を好む人たちの一部は「平和とは、刺激のない世界に存在する退廃的な状態であり、保守的な考え方である。」と主張するが、刺激は平和な世界にも存在する。人を殺すことが刺激であると思う人は聖書をもう一度読み直すべきである。キリスト教の教えにはそのようなことは記述されていない。問題は個人の視野の狭さであり、限定的に物事を判断する思考回路である。

　平和な日本で抱える悩みとイスラエルの人々の苦労を比較してみる。「あなたが物事に悩んだらまず夜空の星を見よ。」と言うが、まさに我々の抱える悩みははるかに小さな物であった。日本は様々な文化を吸収する要領の良さと好奇心が旺盛であったために発展を遂げたのである。平和な国に住んでいることを感謝し、日本の平和維持と他国の平和に向けて教えを説いていくことが我々に与えられた使命である。もし誰かに「あなたの宗教は？」と尋ねられたら、私は「平和です」と真っ先に答えるに違いない。

第６回「アメリカの孤立」

 

　２００３年の２月になってから、アメリカのイラク攻撃に関して各方面から批判が相次いでいる。２月５日にアメリカのパウエル国務長官が査察委員会において、イラクの疑惑に関するいくつかの証拠を提示したが、軍関係者の電話での会話を盗聴したものや偵察機から撮影された生物兵器の工場と思われる建物の写真ぐらいしか物証がなく、しかも、パウエル国務長官の説明がなければ一見何であるか理解できないような証拠であった。私はテレビの生中継でこの会議を見ていたが、アメリカは戦争の口実を求めてイラクのあら探しをしているようにしか見えなかった。諜報機関であるＮＳＡが情報操作を行ったのではないかと各国から思われてもおかしくない。

　こういったアメリカやイギリスの勇み足に対して、ドイツとフランスは平和的な武装解除案を提示し、対イラク戦争への反対姿勢を明確にした。ベルギーやロシアもこの考えに同調し国連による査察の継続と強化を求め、ＮＡＴＯの緊急理事会でもアメリカ批判を支持した。また、トルコへの防衛力配備についても反対の姿勢を唱えた。だが、アメリカ側は予想通り難色を示した。ブッシュはフランスの戦争反対について「裏切られた」と述べている。アメリカのやることは全て正しいと彼は思い込んでいるのだ。これによって政治や経済面で同盟関係を維持している西ヨーロッパ諸国が反旗を翻したことで、アメリカとイギリスは孤立化へ向かおうとしている。日本もこのタイミングを逃さずに戦争回避を明確に主張すべきである。

　私の考える限りでは、イラクは戦争を回避したがっているようである。先日イラクは査察用偵察機の最新鋭「U2」の領域内飛行を認めた。軍事的にも経済的にもイラクの不利は明白であり、戦争に踏み切ってもイラクの勝つ見込みはほとんどない。これに対してブッシュ大統領は査察の許可について「イラクは時間稼ぎをしようとしている」と批判した。イラクや国連はブッシュの挑発に耐え、戦争回避のために時間を費やしていると考えたほうがよいだろう。イスラエルやアラブ諸国を巻き込んだ宗教戦争という最悪の事態にならないよう各国は動いている。これ以上ブッシュはイラクへ挑発を行うべきではない。

　こういったブッシュの強気な発言の背景にはアメリカ国民の世論がある。１０日にCNNが行った世論調査の結果によると、国民の６３％がイラク攻撃のための地上軍派遣を支持していることが分かった。直接攻撃を行ったアルカイダに対する攻撃賛成は理解できるが、イラクは湾岸戦争以来大きな行動を起こしていない。核兵器や生物兵器を持っているかもしれない危険因子に対して危害を加えようとするのは臆病な人間の証拠であり、ブッシュが唱える「強いアメリカ」の精神と矛盾している。他国にとってはアメリカの強大な軍事力と経済力は脅威以外の何物でもない。今、アメリカ国民は初めて大陸本土を攻撃されたことに震え上がり、冷静さを失っている。もう一度考え直してほしい。はるか離れた中東の国で流される涙と９１１テロで流した涙に違いはない。

  "Hegemony country, United States"

 Now, it cannot be overemphasized that the greatest hegemony state in the world is the United States. The country has put under pressure to one country of the Middle East. If the stain of having involved in the general citizen is removed, a title called the retaliation war to the terrorism of New York will attach that the United States attacked Taliban and collapsed the military regime. However, many questions produce the action to this Iraq. To be sure, although the Gulf War or before to Hussein and the United States are bitter enmity, Iraq omits provocation which was conspicuous to the United States after that war. as a bush says, Iraq may be an axis of evil -- an imitation -- if a quarrel is devised and a partner is provoked, the slots of the United States and Iraq will just increase in number Then, a possibility that war of Christianity pair Islam may newly break out also comes out. 

What is the role of a hegemony country? It only occurs to me that that the United States thinks at least makes a bill which all states are made to follow and to which its own country becomes advantageous in respect of the trade and the commerce which maintains predominancy also in respect of being economical, political, or military. All the things taken up before are policys over which priority is given only to the profits of its own country, and this is as practically equal as the policy which a despotic state does. Furthermore, their belief that it is the state of justice even of the upper levels of the Pentagon -- if it says from an equal viewpoint -- worth of the life [ the life of the people from Iraq, and ] of Americans -- equal -- obvious -- it is . If you want to solve a problem truly, an army is not dispatched, but you should continue the protest tenaciously through the United Nations. I want the United States to notice action as if it showed off the military strength early touching the Imperial wrath of a foreign country. The role of a hegemony country is supervising so that neither an every place region nor a state may start an evil deed, and is not attacking the country which is not pleased. Since it is the position to supervise, the United States has to take action which serves as a norm in the world. 

The ultimate target in the earth is peace of world. In order to realize this last proposition, first of all, the United States should become calm, and should advance guide.

"What Japan which hangs up the peace constitution should do"

 

Japan keeps the bondage of economic depression not slipped out after the collapse of the 'bubble' economy. Degradation of a national bond is enhanced, the manufacturing industry is continuing the move for the factory to overseas [ of wages / cheap ], and it is worried about deindustrialization. If it is called that which Japan currently forsaken from the world is proud of, what is it? It is the peace constitution. Although the Aegis destroyer was just dispatched to the Middle East, Japan should direct the best towards evasion of war, and the efforts to peace anew.

By the terrorism on September 11, 2001, the Japanese businessman and the passenger of an airplane also encountered damage. But, the Japanese who lost the relative is making a protest, saying "Don't make that tragedy into the excuse of the Iraq attack." Furthermore, in Europe, the voice which appeals against the danger of a U.S. runaway is mounting more than Japan. in fact, there cannot be no remark of the politicians of the United States after terrorism except war -- like -- it is thought strong that it is hysteric I declare that people are not wanted, as for many people, to die in war more than this including Japanese people. The United States should listen to a criticism in and outside the country. War does not break out suddenly. Therefore, evasion is possible.

 The Japanese government has to maintain the neutrality through which it has so far pierced. Our country has always continued bowing to the United States after the Japanese opening of a country of the Meiji era. Probably, Japan which is an ally does not need to be under his U.S. thumb any more. their economy, politics, and war be involved -- it is necessary to make the strong government which can oppose pressures.

 In Japan, the geography top belongs to Asia. However, probably, the present condition has turned into the 51st state in the United States. In fact, ASEAN countries have chosen not Japan but China as a partner of economic integration. It is what the "actual result" about cooperation with old Asian countries is seen for. But, a situation is changeable even from now. It is, accumulating the fundamental actions called for as a member of Asia one by one first of all. Then, a confidential relation will also be produced and I will let you it also turn out that Japan is thinking Asia as important.

Moreover, it must be shown in in and outside the country that the Japanese diplomacy beyond the framework of a Japan-U.S. alliance may also occur. This is asked for the government top taking action on his own initiative. If it thinks that the partner country is wrong even though it prizes a Japan-U.S. alliance, you should point out so clearly. This is only one step of the beginning. Japan has passed the past half century in a sweet trap called the dependence for rice. The sequela cannot be cured in a night. Japan is one of the economic strength which can propose a new choice, and a few countries with history. I want to believe so at least.

"Misapprehension of globalism"

 

The magazine and newspaper article to which the word "globalism" was written recently are often seen. Although it is the adjective of the meaning which points out the whole world and the whole earth, if it thinks well, "globalism" is not a meaning as a dictionary. If it says strictly, it is used in a meaning called Westernization or Americanization, and can be summarized as the view that democracy and a free trade bring profits to a state. Japan accomplished development with postwar democracy-ization and has reigned as one of the economic big powers in the world. Although Japan received the benefit of Westernization, it is not an overstatement. But, Western civilization did not give all countries profits. Developing countries, such as a country in which economy received the great blow since the currency system of its own country was abandoned and it shifted to the floating exchange rate of a dollar money order, and a colony the conventional agriculture became impossible as a result of ordering single crop cultivation and being squeezed out of an occupation country, a country which it was involved [ country ] in hegemony argument of the United States and the Soviet Union, and had the state divided, are suffering serious damage. Although various causes, such as a world currency policy of a dollar standard and vestiges of a cold war and a colony time, can be considered in this, the most serious errors are the point that Western countries applied the economic system of an advanced nation also to developing countries as it was, and the point that it was going to put the country under rule by carrying in one's policy.

 Probably, there are many the countries and races which hate the United States. Furthermore, it is accelerating the hate that there are Jews in the manager of the central part of the U.S. Administration or a leading company. They think that they are the origin of the various evils against which European and American society including the United States troubles its life. Furthermore, historical time is accidental, and in order that the United States which became the hegemony country in the world may take an attitude "we are the leaders in the world", they are long history and the position in which it is always exposed to blame also from the Islamic society which is proud of tradition.

 In order to realize true globalism, there are some points which the United States has to change from now on. First, take the action which also considered the position of a lesser power rather than giving priority to the profits of its own country. Next, don't thrust in a head easily about the problem of a foreign country because the United States is not the world police. And don't provoke a partner country for the military strength and economic strength on a shield. One should notice the bold U.S. attitude inflaming anti-American feeling. The peace of the whole earth is materialized by attaining economic development and racial cooperation simultaneously. The superpower United States is asked for gentlemanly correspondence.

"North Korea -- near and far country"

 

This essay is made to change a lesson and a viewpoint and to express one's opinion about the North Korea problem. There was newly a report that there is a Japanese who may have been kidnaped on the other day. Although it must apologize for North Korea supposing it is a fact, diplomatic relations are not recovered, and since there is also little amount of information, truth is not known.

North Korea has some common features with Iraq. It is that there is doubt which is manufacturing arms, such as being criticized by name as "an axis of evil" from the United States, there being a great leader who is at the people's top, and performing despotic government, a nuclear missile, and a biological weapon, etc. Iraq is an Islam state, North Korea has an original thought system to other Islamic races having relation, and a different point is that there is little contact outside. Since North Korea is geographically near, if a missile should be launched, Japan will suffer direct damage. Therefore, the information which a report tells is also increasing every day.

Although South Korea and Japan are involving directly about kidnap, since the United States comes to intervene about a suspected nuclear facility, the situation is getting worse. Since the view that the sanction by military power may also have the United States was shown, North Korea left the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty and resumed operation of an institution. I carry out [ mind as alike ] Japan and the situation of having left the League of Nations before the Pacific War. It is troubled by starvation, and if the United States corners North Korea which is economically hard-pressed, unless a rebellion of the people will occur, a possibility of pushing the button of a nuclear missile increases. Do you bend with how to believe except your sense of values, and what correspondence should Japan take to this country?

 It is the first thing to do to clarify the position of Japan. That is, there is no intention that "Japan attacks North Korea. Although United States's relation is deep, I want to tackle North Korea in an amicable way towards normalization of diplomatic relations. It is describing it as ". It will separate from Japan strongly influenced of [ U.S. ] while belonging to Asia from an offensive target by emphasizing the position of being a country in the Asian bloc. Next, after hanging up the title of cooperating in economical revival, asking for a homecoming of a kidnap victim is important. If only kidnap problems are taken up, only the problems about the past slaughter case will become large. A view that it is not subjective and objective and the calm correspondence of a diplomatic problem are indispensable. It is showing the posture cooperating with South Korea or China and it cooperating, finally. The attitude of the other party will also be softened in the framework on which at least one country respects a partner's position existing.

There is what should be said to a report posture of Japan. A report is an organization which tells the fact in a nutral position. It lacks in objectivity that Japan which performed the cruel act reports once to North Korea by the Pacific War, "It is a mean state." I think that appealed only against a victim's feeling and I have lost calmness. What do people think to war with North Korea? Answers are natural" and "No."

"We does not know war"

 

 I appreciate for having been borne in postwar Japan from the bottom of my heart. The greatest reason is not experiencing war although it is also one of the reasons that the education of a still higher level can be received, without being troubled by the life of food or every day like developing countries. When I was born in Israel or Palestine, possibly present happiness was not obtained by fighting with the fear to death, and survival throughout life.

But, in the United States, this view is "human being without patriotism", and it is considered that it is "cowardly human being." When a serious affair happens to its country, it is said that it is expression of patriotism to offer a soul to a country. Although it does not have such thought with it since I am not involved in a serious incident, does patriotism exist in this world sure enough? I think that it is substitution of the patriotism as which the tax paid to the government, the chorus of the suffrage and a state, etc. expressed loyalty in the form which is a foregone conclusion, and think it happiness first for man that he is satisfied with the daily life. An organization is realized by set of an individual and an organization does not govern an individual. Big inconsistency lies between the individualism and patriotism which the United States recites.

 By the way, the suicide applicant and the bizarre murder are increasing recently also in Japan. Although there are some prominent critics who say, "The criminal probably wanted to probably have got bored with peaceful days and to ask for a stimulus", I deny the idea. Although some those who like war claim, "Peace is in the decadent state which exists in the unexciting world, and is a conservative view", a stimulus exists also in the peaceful world. Those who think it a stimulus to kill people should reread the Bible once again. Such a thing is not described by the instruction of Christianity. The problem is the straitness of an individual view and is a thinking circuit which judges things in limitation.

Difficulties of the trouble and people of Israel who hold in peaceful Japan are compared. Although it said, "See the star of a night sky first if you worry about things", the trouble which we just hold was a far small thing. Since Japan was full of the merit and curiosity of the point which absorb various culture, it accomplished development. Appreciating for living in the peaceful country, turning peacefully [ Japan's peace maintenance and a foreign country ], and explaining an instruction is the mission given to us. Supposing someone is asked "Your religion is ?", I will surely answer first of all "It is peace."

"U.S. isolation"

 

After becoming in February, 2003, there has been a lot of criticism from every direction about the U.S. Iraq attack.
